Welcome

Most leadership consultants will tell you what’s broken. Robin O’Grady is more interested in what’s possible.

As an international Keynote Speaker and Canadian Leadership Consultant, Robin helps organizations see what’s happening beneath the surface, the communication gaps, the misaligned values, the burnout, and then build cultures where people genuinely want to be.

Her keynote presentations, including “The Resilience Myth”, combine powerful content with a live aerial performance, creating unforgettable experiences that shift how audiences think about leadership and resilience.

Robin’s consulting work focuses on revitalizing workplace culture and building sustainable employee engagement. With a background in operations leadership and hospitality, and tools like DiSC methodology in her toolkit, she works hands-on with leadership teams to create systems that actually support the culture they say they want.

Based in Calgary, Robin works with small to medium-sized organizations who are ready to move beyond band-aid solutions and do the work to make real change.
